Foam made by LHS-200 has a low density gradient and fine cell structure.
Our polymer products are operated easily and need little changes of foam formulation, which is benefit for large-scale sponge foam production; The products’ viscosity is low and don’t become viscous after adding water and during stirring, which enable the materials mixed evenly, thus the final prodoucts’ sponge cells are uniform and tidy, the gradient of density is low; The product appearance is pure white and with extremely low VOC, which meets the requirements of the high-end furniture market.
Applications
LHS-200 is ultra-high solid content grafting polyether polyol which can improve the load-bearing property of the polyurethane foam. It is suitable to produce insole, flexible, semi-polyurethane foam especially for slabstock foam,cushion, mattress, furniture and many other applications.
LHS-200 with a stable product property, adaptive to different formulation, easily to operate. LHS-200 resistants to high temperature, improve the performance of foam products with hardness and excellent tensile.
Storage
Recommended storage temperature (℃):10-35 Shelf life (ex-works)
12 months if stored in sealed, moisture-tight containers.
Partially used containers should be tightly resealed due to the hygroscopic nature of the product. Recommended temperature for processing (℃):20-25.
Packing
Flexibags; 1000kgs IBC drums; 210kgs steel drums; ISO tanks.
