LHH-500L exhibits a good flowability, having low viscosity in spite of medium solid content and providing a broad processing range and allowing usage of most commercially available silicone surfactants and catalysts.Longhua has more than 10 years experiences as manufacturer in polyols producing and is highly appreciated by customers worldwide;
LHH-500L are operated easily and need little changes of foam formulation, which is benefit for large-scale sponge foam production; POP has low viscosity and does not become viscous after adding water and during stirring, which is beneficial to the mixing of materials and the control of sponge pores; The product has pure white color and extremely low VOC, which meets the requirements of the high-end furniture market.

Applications
POLYMER POLYOL LHH-500L is mainly used to produce HR foams with other HR basic polyols like LE-330N, LE-3600. Applications could be Car/ Motorcycle Seat Foam, sofa cushion, mattress, and other fields.

Store in a dry and ventilated place. Keep out of the direct sunlight and away from heat and water sources. Open drums must be capped immediately after drawing-off the material.
Recommended maximum storage time is 12 months.
