Polymer polyol
Polyemer polyols are key components used in the production of polyurethanes soft foams.
Polyetmer Polyols are based on polyether polyols and modified with SM&AN ,contain reactive hydroxyl (OH) groups which react with isocyanate (NCO) groups on isocyanates to form polyurethanes, plus solid content which could enhance the hardness perfomance of the foams.

Advantage

These products are operated easily and need little changes of foam formulation, which is benefit for large-scale sponge foam production; POP has low viscosity and does not become viscous after adding water and during stirring, which is beneficial to the mixing of materials and the control of sponge pores; The product has pure white color and extremely low VOC, which meets the requirements of the high-end furniture market.

Applications

This product exhibits a good flowability, having low viscosity in spite of medium solid content and providing a broad processing range and allowing usage of most commercially available silicone surfactants and catalysts.
Its application includes automobile seats, steering wheel, instrument panel in automotive industry; high quality cold curing foam, integral skin foam and semi rigid foams, especially for molded foam in furniture industry etc.

Packing

LPOP-36/30 is hygroscopic absorbing water. Container should be kept sealed and protected avoid contamination of moisture & outer materials.
Recommend container:
Steel drums with 210KGs/200KGs
Flexi bag with 22Tons
IBC drum with 1Ton
ISO tank with 25Tons
