Applications

Polyether polyols are key components used in the production of polyurethanes.
Polyether Polyols are made by reacting organic oxide and inatiotor.
Polyols contain reactive hydroxyl (OH) groups which react with isocyanate (NCO) groups on isocyanates to form polyurethanes.

polyurethane can be divided into soft foam, rigid foam and CASE applications according to performance of polyether polyols.
PU materials with different performance can be obtained with the reaction between different initiators and olefin polymerization.
Polyols usually can be classified:
Polyether Polyol (PPG),
Polymeric Polyol (POP)
LEP-330N offers a high percentage of primary hydroxyl-end groups, giving it a relatively high rate of reactivity with isocyanates. It can be used with other diols, triols and polymer polyols to achieve desirable modifications of product properties.
LEP-330N can be widely used in high-resilience foam, molded foam. Such as high-resilience molding for automobile seats; high-resilience foam for sofa mattress; high-resilience, high density foam and molding for insoles; PU leather for automobile steering wheels, instrument panel, sofa, seat etc; CASE industrial field, as polyurethane coating, sealants, adhesives, elastomers, etc.

Store in a dry and ventilated place. Keep out of the direct sunlight and away from heat and water sources. Open drums must be capped immediately after drawing-off the material.
Recommended maximum storage time is 12 months.
