Our polymer products are operated easily and need little changes of foam formulation, which is benefit for large-scale sponge foam production; The products’ viscosity is low and don’t become viscous after adding water and during stirring, which enable the materials mixed evenly, thus the final prodoucts’ sponge cells are uniform and tidy, the gradient of density is low; The product appearance is pure white and with extremely low VOC, which meets the requirements of the high-end furniture market.

Applications

Polymer polyol LHS-100 is used along with conventional polyols, such as LEP-5631D, LEP-335D to produce polyurethane flexible foams, such as: lump foam ,sponge, cushions, seating, mattress, upholstered furniture, clothing materials, shoe materials, carpet bottoms, packaging materials and many other applications.
